Online Printing System is a prepress process that bridges the gap between online digital content and commercial print production. The process allows a print house, a client or a graphic designer to create, edit, and approve computer-based online templates during the prepress phase. This process increasingly calls for a Portable Document Format (PDF) workflow environment with output provided by digital printing.

Products
The site currently supports twelve major catagory products and popular print products as listed. The popular products are as follow : Business Card, VInyl Banner, Label Stickers, Rollup Banner, X Stand, etc.,
There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.
1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.
2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.
3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.
The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m2 or simply g) and in the US system it is Pound (lb).
The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.
Coated papers are available in two finishes – glossy (shiny and smooth) and matt (flat and lusterless). Coated glossy papers reflect the light evenly so they are suitable for almost all types of printing jobs. Glossy papers have a good ink holdout, which is important for creating sharp, bright images.
Vinyl တွေအမျိုးအစားခွဲတဲ့အခါသုံးတဲ့ D ဆိုတာအရှည်က Denier ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ 300D, 500D စသဖြင့်ပေါ့။ယက်လုပ်ထားတဲ့ဘယ်ပိတ်သားမဆိုသူ့ရဲ့ကြံ့ခိုင်အား(Strength) နှင့်သိပ်သည်းမှု(Density) ကို Denier နဲ့တိုင်းတာပါတယ်။ Vinyl တွေမှာလည်းသူ့ရဲ့အလယ်လွှာမှာကြံခိုင်မှုအတွက် PVC နှစ်လွှာကြားမှာယက်လုပ်ထားတဲ့အလွှာတစ်လွှာပါပါတယ်။
Denier ကိုတိုင်းတာတဲ့ပုံစံကထူးဆန်းတာလေးရှိတယ်။ယက်လုပ်ထားတဲ့ချည်အတိုင်သို့အတန်းရဲ့အလျားလိုက်၉၀၀၀မီတာမှာရှိတဲ့သူ့ရဲ့ weight ကိုဂရမ်နဲ့ပြတာပါ။ဥပမာ - 300D ဆိုရင်ယက်ထားတဲ့ချည်ကမီတာ၉၀၀၀အရှည်မှာ၃၀၀ဂရမ်အလေးချိန်ရှိပါတယ်။ 500D ဆိုရင်တော့၅၀၀ဂရမ်ရှိတာပေါ့။ Denier ပိုများလေပိုခိုင်လေပေါ့။ဒါကြောင့်အကြမ်းခံဖို့လိုတဲ့ Billboard တွေမှာ 500D, 1000D Vinyl သုံးကြတာပေါ့။
အလွယ်ခေါ်တော့ 300D, 500D ဆိုပေမယ့်တကယ်တော့အတိုင် x အတန်းနဲ့ပြကြပါတယ်။ဒီမှာသုံးတဲ့ 300D ဆိုရင်အများအားဖြင့် 200x300 D များပါတယ်။
ဒါဆိုရင် Vinyl ဘယ်လောက် D ဆိုပြီးပြောပြောနေတဲ့ Denier အကြောင်းသိလောက်ပါပြီနော်။
နောက် Post ကျရင် Vinyl အထူကိုတိုင်းတာတဲ့အကြောင်းပြောပြပေးပါမယ်။
ဒီနေ့တော့ Vinyl အထူအပါးကိုဘာနဲ့တိုင်းတာလဲဆိုတာမပြောခင်မနေ့ကပြောဖို့ကျန်သွားတဲ့ PVC နှစ်လွှာကြားမှာရှိတဲ့ပိတ်သားရဲ့ကြိုးအရေအတွက် (Thread count) ကိုပြောပြပေးပါမယ်။ 300D တို့ 340D တို့မှာရှိတဲ့အလယ်ပိတ်သားနဲ့ 500D မှာရှိတဲ့အလယ်ပိတ်သားမှာပါတဲ့ကြိုးအစိတ်အကြဲမတူတာသတိထားမိမှာပါ။ကြိုးအလုံးအကြီးအသေးကတော့ Denial နဲ့တိုင်းတာပြောပြပြီးပြီနော်။ကြိုးအစိတ်အကြဲကိုတစ်လက်မပတ်လည်မှာရှိတဲ့အတိုင်မှာရှိတဲ့ကြိုးအရေအတွက်နှင့်အတန်းမှာရှိတဲ့ကြိုးအရေအတွက်နဲ့တွက်ပါတယ်။ Vinylစတစ်စကိုယူပြီးတစ်လက်မပတ်လည်မှင်နဲ့အကွက်တစ်ကွက်ဆွဲပြီးအထဲမှာရှိတဲ့ကြိုးအရေအတွက်ကိုရေတွက်ကြည့်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
300D, 340D တို့မှာ 18x12 (thread count) ရှိပြီး 500D မှာ 9x9 (thread count) ရှိပါတယ်။အဲဒါကြောင့် 500D မှာပါတဲ့ကြိုးကကြဲနေတာတွေ့ရပါမယ်။ခိုင်ခံ့မှုအတွက်ကြိုးဆိုဒ်ကတော့ 500D မှာမီတာ၉၀၀၀မှာ၅၀၀ဂရမ်ရှိတဲ့အတွက်ပိုကြီးတာတွေ့ရပါမယ်။ 1000D မှာကတော့ 18x18 (thread count) ရှိပြီးကြိုးအလုံးကလည်းထူတာကြောင့်ခိုင်ခံ့မှုအကောင်းဆုံးပါ။
အထူအပါးကိုဆုံးဖြတ်တာကတော့စက္ကူ၊ Vinyl and Sticker အတူတူပါပဲ။တစ်စတုရန်းမီတာမှာရှိတဲ့အလေးချိန်ဂရမ်နဲ့တိုင်းပါတယ်။ Gram per sq meter (gsm) လို့အတိုကောက်ခေါ်ပါတယ်။လက်ရှိတော့ 300D မှာ 240gsm အသုံးများပြီး 500D မှာ 440gsm နဲ့ 1000D မှာ 510gsm ကိုပြည်တွင်းမှာ standard ထားပြီးသုံးကြပါတယ်။
ဒါကြောင့် Vinyl တွေကိုသင့်တော်တဲ့နေရာမှာသုံးဖို့အတွက် Denial(D) ၊ Thread Count(T) and Thickness(GSM) သုံးမျိုးနဲ့တိုင်းတာကြည့်ရပါမယ်။
နောက် Post မှာတော့ Vinyl အမျိုးအစားတွေအကြောင်းပြောပြပေးပါမယ်။
Vinyl တွေကိုကြော်ငြာလုပ်ငန်းတွေမှာကျယ်ကျယ်ပြန့်ပြန့်သုံးပါတယ်။ထုတ်လုပ်တဲ့ပုံစံတွေနဲ့အသုံးပြုမယ့်နေရာပေါ်မူတည်ပြီးတော့၃မျိုးခွဲခြားနိုင်ပါတယ်။
- Laminating Flex Vinyl
အသုံးများတဲ့ Vinyl အမျိုးအစားဖြစ်ပြီး 300D, 340D, 380D and 500D တွေကိုတော့ Laminating လုပ်တဲ့ပုံစံနဲ့ထုတ်လုပ်ပါတယ်။အပေါ်နဲ့အောက်ဖက် formed PVC
film ကိုအလယ်မှာကြိုးစတွေနဲ့ယက်ထားတဲ့ပိတ်တစ်ခုကို Hot Roller and Pressure နဲ့ကြိတ်၊အအေးခံပြီးထုတ်လုပ်ထားတာဖြစ်တယ်။ Frontlit, Backlit and Mesh Vinyl ဆိုပြီးထုတ်လုပ်ကြပါတယ်။
- Calendering Flex Vinyl
Calendering နဲ့ထုတ်လုပ်တဲ့ပုံစံကတော့ PVC powder၊ Liquid plasticizers နှင့်အခြား Raw တွေကိုရောမွှေပြီး Fabric နဲ့ High Temperature Hot Roller ကို Pressure တစ်ခုနဲ့ပြန့်နေအောင်ကြိတ်ပြီးထုတ်လုပ်ထားတာပါ။ဒီလိုထုတ်လုပ်မှုကရလာတဲ့ Vinyl တွေကတော့မျက်နှာပြင်ညီညာပြန့်ပြီးမီးထွန်းလိုက်တဲ့အချိန်မှာတူညီပြီးအလင်းပြန့််အားတူတဲ့မျက်နှာပြင်မျိုးရပါတယ်။ဒါကြောင့် Lightbox တွေမှာသုံးတဲ့ invisible Yarn လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ Yarn Vinyl တွေကိုဒီနည်းစနစ်နဲ့ထုတ်လုပ်ပါတယ်။ 3M ကထုတ်တဲ့ Panaflex တို့ LG ကထုတ်တဲ့ Lexi Flex စတဲ့ Vinyl flex များဟာလည်းဒီလိုနည်းစနစ်နဲ့ထုတ်လုပ်ထားတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
- PVC Coated Flex
PVC coated flex တွေကိုတော့ပိတ်စရဲ့မျက်နှာပြင်နှစ်ဖက်စလုံးကို Liquid PVCအရည်နဲ့ coated လုပ်ပြီးထုတ်လုပ်တဲ့အချိန်မှာ anti-scrapers လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ဓားသွားများစွာနဲ့မျက်နှာပြင်ညှိပြီးအခြောက်ခံပြီးအေးသွားချိန်မှာထုတ်လုပ်မှုပြီးမြောက်ပြီဖြစ်ပါတယ်။တနည်းအားဖြင့် Knife scraping method လို့လည်းခေါ်ပါတယ်။
ဒီလိုထုတ်လုပ်မှုကြောင့်ရတဲ့အားသာချက်တွေကတော့ Vinyl အသားတွင်းသို့စိမ့်ဝင်မှုနည်းခြင်း(anti-permissibility)၊ဆွဲအားခံနိုင်ခြင်း (tensile resistance)၊အပေါ်ယံများကွာထွက်မှုမရှိခြင်း (anti-stripping) ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ဒါ့အပြင် over width ဖြစ်တဲ့ 5m (16.5 ft) အနံထုတ်လုပ်မှုအားလုံးကဒီစနစ်ကိုသုံးပြီးထုတ်ပါတယ်။
အခု Xenonကသုံးနေတဲ့ 1000D Vinyl တွေကိုဒီစနစ်နဲ့ထုတ်တဲ့အတွက်ရေရှည်ထားပြီးသုံးမယ့် Shop Sign များ၊ Billboard များနှင့် Fencing Cover များအတွက်သင့်တော်ပါတယ်။
Printing
Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.
300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.
We use following Printing Method:
Solvent
Printing with Solvent base ink. We are using Hi Speed Printing Machines. So these will be produced good quality, high Production and lowest price such as Vinyl.
Eco Solvent
Xenon is printing with 1440 dpi Eco Solvent Printing with Mimaki (Japan) Printing Machine. It can be produced variety of Stickers and 380D Vinyl, etc,…
UV
UV Printing is the new Technology of Large Format Printing. We can print very high density Image and OOH printing with UV Printing. It can be dry very fast when curing with UV Lamp. Xenon using FUJI FILM Printing Machines for UV Printing. It can be printed CMYKLcLm and White.
The another strength of the UV is High Durability. We can guarantee 18 months. And it can be printed 16.5ft (5m) width and the length can be as long as you want.
Latex
Latex Printing is the technology of HP Inc. The ink has odourless and good for environmental. HP Latex ink got the environmental friendly certificate such as Eco Logo and Green Guard Gold. It can be used both Indoor and Outdoor. Xenon using HP Latex 3100 Printer and Latex 375 Printers.
Sublimation
Sublimation Printing is also know as Dye-sublimation printing. It is a computer printing technique which uses heat to transfer dye onto materials such as a plastic, card, paper, or fabric. The sublimation name was first applied because the dye was considered to make the transition between the solid and gas states without going through a liquid stage.
Digital Press
Digital printing means to methods of printing from a digital-based image directly to paper. It usually refers to professional printing where small-run jobs from desktop publishing and other digital sources are printed using high-volume laser printer.
Pricing
No, the price list indicates basic prices of products against the speculative quantities. The prices are calculated with regard to the most basic paper/card types, sizes and single side printing. As you know, the final printing cost depends on many parameters: paper/card weights or thickness (GSM/Pt), glossy or matt finish, 2 or 4 colors, square or rounded corners, single or double side printing, quantity, destination shipping charges and the mode of transport. Please use the indicative prices for calculating the basic cost. Once you place the order using the above parameters, we will quickly mail you the final, exact cost.
